Reserva Cava Macabeo-Xarel-lo-Parellada

Bit of funk at the start, mothballs, lemon zest bread and yellow apple. Decent flow on palate but not enough depth to contain its mousse. Too bubbley for its concentration.

Classic but a bit gritty

Barely drinkable, but setting makes it ok. At R-C Montreal.

Ok, unremarkable. Clean, light, bubbly, slight underlying sour chardonnay flavor. Breckenridge 2017

Well balanced and refreshing. Fine, small bubbles.

Lemon zest- scent of yellowish flower- quite fine bubbles give some note of minerality- and I like it-

Easy drinking & seemed lower in alcohol than it actually is (12%).

Tuesday afternoon at the office. Celebrating. Who wouldn't want to work here?
