Barrel fermentation took 35 months to complete. Some may not like the oxidative style, but we love it. Nutty, apple, spice.
Perfect Christmas Eve wine with a cheese fondue. Glad to have one of the 98 cases produced.

Wish I'd had this on release in 2005 (after 33 months in barrel, 27 of which was fermentation ) so that I could compare. Probably not for everyone, but all I can say is we love this and treasure each bottle. Chardonnay from Guman Vineyard. Still benefits from air and best on day two.

If you like an oxidative style of Chard, this is gorgeous and still going strong. CT drink window goes out to 2030. We love it.
