MFCH Michael Faraday Michael Mara Vineyard Chardonnay

Brilliant. Feels like it could only come from @Abe Schoener and crew, while being utterly true to its origin (our back waiter who's been tasting wine for 2 weeks was able to blind it as CA Chard). Thank you for sharing @Alex Pitts

Acid forward, little bit of oxidation, star fruit, vanilla. If I had to pick a mineral, I would say limestone. Quite a long finish.

This sets the tongue off in really interesting ways. Quite unctuous with acid that finishes at the back of the tongue. Meyer lemon rind, intensely minerally.
