From a very limited series of individual small lot Pinot clones, this one Dijon 115 grown on the central coast. Hazy. Supple texture that’s got a very focused, eager-to-please cherry fruit profile. A ripe basket combo of sour, black and sweet maraschino. Super enjoyable.
