Honeycomb and broad minerality. Expansive with good length. Current vintage (2023) seems to have more than doubled in price since I purchased this.

Citrusy nose. Fresh and easy drinking. It’s a very approachable Assyrtiko. Not as crisp and acidic and other peer Santorini wines. Enjoyed at Taxim in Chicago.
