Valdadige Pinot Grigio

Tasted it blind. Simple wine: medium acidity, medium body, medium flavor intensity, medium alcohol, medium finish.

Almost no perceptible scents on the nose. Very light and slightly green with subtle citrus.

Quaffing quality Pinot Grigio to accompany a risotto with shrimps.

Old reliable.

Granny Smith Apple, High Acidity, & complex. I can drink this but I like Chardonnay better.

*Have now had twice. Paired with a rich risotto the second time. Paired well with the salty / buttery flavor in the risotto.

I bought this on accident, I don't normally spend $19 on a bottle of wine for just me sitting around. It is a nice wine, rated 8.7.

Smooth and crisp. A delightful year round treat. Not a great price all the time, but probably the best Pinot on the market 💯
