Everything I like about Grenache in one bottle - floral nose, berry fruit, spice, subtle tannins and some acidity for balance. A tiny bit dryer and it would be perfect. Winemaker's comments: 1/3 from old vines at McDowell Vineyard in Mendocino, 2/3 from younger vines at Pierce Ranch in SW Monterey.
