Postcard from Morocco White Rhone Blend

Unreal! Don't judge this wine by the color in the decanter. Pale Ale colored. Nose of a Rhone inspired white. Clean bursting with honey, apricot, dried fig and spice. Lush supple mouthfeel with great tension. Green almond, apple, saline, pear, toasted pineapple round out the palate. Long and smooth finish. This is a complex and rich wine. Beautiful version. Drink now.

En Magnum. Full bodied, full flavored. Nice Rhône nose. Roussanne, Viognier, Marsanne and Chardonnay. Nice wine, but drink relatively chilled. Roussanne is in charge when cool, but the 15.7% ABV starts to show as heat on the finish when it warms up.

Lush mouthfeel, Rhone-ish. Nicely done. Roussanne, Viognier, Marsanne blend, with a dollop of Bien Nacido Chard for good measure.

So rich, notes of fino, hay, salinity - do yourself a favor and let this lay down a few more years if you have one.
