Gato Negro Valle Central Cabernet Merlot

Ok. Bit of a hangover inducer

I bought this simply because I wanted wine and I happened to adopt a black cat. It's not bad but it's not great. The bottle said it has soft tannins but they are pretty harsh to me and I personally don't care for wines that are like that.

Best at room temp. Strong. High alcohol content which is nice for the $5 price. Great blend of flavors.

This and Cabernet Sauvignon are becoming a favorite affordable wine we drink often

The first red wine I like.

I really like this wine it's a mixer of two of my favs. Can and merlot. And appetently is the wine of the year 2012
