On the nose are aromas of eucalyptus, sage, desert plants, and a wee hint of raspberry... On the palate, finally the cherry comes through in a savory way but bright... Raspberry... Pie crust... Some sage here too... Leather. Tannin is of a soft shape but the mouthfeel can be quite chewy like ballpark bubble gum... An interesting finish again evoking leather and some pepper as well.
