My first crack at Rond Pond's Gravel Series and it did not disappoint! The nose is rich and complex with cherry, cocoa and cooking spices. A reoccurring theme of cassis continues in this example, rounding out the finish perfectly. Damp earth, mushrooms, dark red fruits and a hint of oak. @Ron R hop on this one if you get a chance!
