Pleasant red blend from a Sonoma Foley-Johnson winery. Very well balanced considering the amount of varietals in this wine. 25% Syrah, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Malbec, 8% Zinfandel, 8% petit Verdot, 15% merlot, and 10% petite Syrah. Big, bold, and blended to the point it’s hard to pick out the different grapes. Strong tannic backbone with a pleasant amount of black fruit up front. I am a fan of Roth and this doesn’t disappoint.

Very enjoyable. It’s funny I guessed Cabernet, Merlot, Malbec, and Zinfandel. Somehow missed Syrah which is the largest percentage at 25 %.
