A bit too flabby to my liking as I usually enjoy spirits neat or on the rocks. However, squeeze a few tablespoons of lemon or other citrus with the Amara and it helps balance out the drink.

Prominent spicy qualities for sure. Slightly too sweet for me esp compared to the Vecchio del Capo which is stellar. This one could be fun to use in lieu of Granman in a marg or other cktl.
