A light yellow color with plenty of small bubbles in the glass. The nose is pretty with grapefruits and orange slices up top and apples on buttered toast down below. There’s a bit of pear there as well just for good measure.

Nothing here jumps out to you but it’s definitely a solid Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs. Nervy tension with good acidity. Smooth and round with innate nuttiness and crispness. The mouthfeel is graceful and the fruit in the mouth is definitely much more than pleasant. One to pop and pour anytime.
