Estate Grown Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc

16' Rochioli Sauvignon Blanc. Not quite 60% of this SB comes from vines planted in 1959. Three single vineyards in total.

Palate- Lemon, green apple, grapefruit, tangy & zesty. Dusty minerality throughout the palate. Perfect amount of acidity. The finish is long & lingers for a bit. Perfect pairing with swordfish. Very enjoyable bottle.

Edit- Let it warm up and open up for about 20 minutes in your glass.

Full bodied with a crisp mineral finish. Perfect for a warm summer evening apéritif

Honeysuckle Pear on the nose. Paired well with Spicy General Taos Chicken

Some of the best Sauvignon Blanc I’ve ever enjoyed. Crisp with a smooth finish.

Pale color almost white. Herbal faint grapefruit aromas. Light and fruity on entry with smooth but one dimensional flavor that does linger in the posterior palate. Nice wine but the Old vine Sauvignon is more elegant.

Melon fruit nice fruit hay dried herbs

Great expression. The initial fruit gave way to minerally accents. Such great depth and length from a white. Delicious wine.
