Not too bad! Excellent with our own tomato, basil and fresh mozzarella Caprese salad (all from our garden except for the cow milk); homemade Bolognese and local arugula, cucumber salad (no dressing). Nice tannins and great cherry fruit. Not so great alone but perfect with everything we ate. We rift off the salad dressing because the fresh arugula didn't need it and it actually went beautifully wit the Barolo!
