Pretty deep colour . Still quite deep fruited , mint blackcurrant , spice , violet . Nice weight on the palate with nice detailed black fruits. Really nice definition with a touch of spice , dried herbs. Nice balancing acidity , with rounded tannins just still noticeable. Good length, really balanced and incredibly enjoyable. Enjoyed over 2 and half hours with no oxidation . This is at it’s peak now , if you have them open the bottles !

Love it when people talk about drinking windows. This wine breaks your drinking window. How you like that? 1975 to the face with authority. This only gained strength the longer it was exposed to air. Wait a second, what happens to wine when you drink it on the moon? Does it even oxidize? GET TO THE CHOPPAHHHHH.

Bright, vibrant, lively - elegant, with years of life left in it, but drinking phenomenally at the moment

Really really nice. Still has fruit. Some leather but soft tannin and drinkable.
