Medium ruby just hint of garnet at core , wider garnet rim . Delicate a still red fruit scented nose , ripe strawberry, raspberry , hints of rose and touch of spice . On the palate good balance of ripe red fruits , with a touch of mineral , chalky but ripe tannins , refreshing acidity . Ok length and with lightly spiced sweet red fruited finish and mineral persistence . Drinking well now and over the 5-8 years. I feel that the Tinker’s Field has the edge over this in 2016
