Alpine Vineyard Chardonnay

Still very young, reminiscent of a grand cru Chablis. 🍏 green tropical notes, lemon curd, white flowers, sea salt salinity and medium plus acidity. I feel the best example of American Chardonnay

Halloween night - excellent. Tannins softened. Nice fruit still. Missing a little acidity.

Wow. Why can’t more American chardonnays be like this? Stunning, this evolved in the glass, just wonderfully ethereal, burg style but on its own terms. Lemon curd, great acid, minerals, slight oak, medium finish. Pure class.
