Earthy, mineral nose with some cherries that will only get better with air. All PB wines need mega air. Good depth and layering of the aromas. Palate is terrific. High acid, crunchy, silky, earthily sweet, nice cut and precision and beautiful effusive fruit. Needs 15 minutes then it rocks.

Wow. What a great little bottle of burgundy. Nose of smoke and a hint of fresh cherry. So so so so fresh on the palate. Bright fresh cherry on the palate. So much bright acidity. A hint of balancing bitterness. What a lovely wine. Bought from Fass Selections. Better as it opens. Very nice texture. Some depth. This could have upside in two years. And to think the 15s are better ... third note. Ugh. This is not some random monthelie. After an hour it’s starting to be really good. Ugh.

Haven't had this since barrel. Young Bouley can be tight. But there is a nice core of mineral, sour cherry and tensile spices. Tight but evocative. Palate is tight and coiled with terrific acidity and freshness, a good core of fruit and really dense. Long and persistent. Nice complexity and tannic backbone. Needs a few years. But not totally inaccessible now if you decant for 2-3 hours.
