Doftar av krut, viol, hallon och fänkål. I smaken finns främst jordgubbar, nästan övermogna, som att de börjat jäsa. Hallon, lite rabarber... en nästan salt upplevelse i avslutet. Porlande, på gränsen mot halvt kolsyrat. Extremt lättdrucket. Tanniner: Nej.
