May 2020. Light ruby color. Cherry and rose notes. I think it needs more time in the bottle, a little rough around the edges for my taste right now.

Whoa. Cherry, tar, roses, and leather, but also a whiff of strawberry. Acidic and fresh. A-grade Langhe.

This is a medium red Nebbiolo from the Langhe DOC. It is dry with medium body, mouth watering tart acidity with medium high tannins. It has the classic floral rose scent with fruity cherry flavors. The tannins loosen up with some airing and this wine should store well for a number of years. Medium long finish and paired well with grilled steak. An excellent value one can drink now or hold.
