I gave up on finding dry German Riesling in the States 20 years ago, and here I am at an Oktoberfest in Alameda and randomly sampling this “bone dry” Riesling - and surprise, it is actually dry. Fascinating!! And the importer is based in Carlsbad, so now I need to launch some serious research. Crisp, balanced, and yes, on the dry side. 😊
