This one, deeper red fruit, dark cherry and cola on the nose. Bright red fruit, a bit of mushroom and earth in the mid palate, and then deeper red fruit, cola, and a good balance of acidity on the finish. Hangs on for a bit. Well made, and enjoyable.

Sour cherry nose. forest floor notes and ripe strawberry on the mouth. The flavors are all so slight but the acidity really brings you back for more. Great with my cheeseburger.
