Lemon acid. The notes say this was aged in 100 percent neutral French oak, but there's a hint of vanilla on the nose (none on the palate). Beautiful see-through not-quite lemon color, too.

Aromas of zesty lemon, yummy sweet floral aromas, Honeysuckle, citrus and ripe pears. Very limited production but worth the time to visit and buy a bottle. Love Red Car
