Very fruity, very intense. A blackberry, some cherry and a leather.

a simple and straightforward wine, with the qualities of Cabernet Sauvignon from Israel full of sunshine. candied, syrupy, but well balanced with soft tannins. the oak barrel is present but remains discreet. nice overall balance.
