Very closed nose at the moment, but what is showing is very Loire-like notes of machine oil on top of some pure cherry fruit and some dried leather. In the mouth it’s fairly intense and a little on the austere side, but you can sense that there’s some nice concentration that’s wanting to come out. Needs some time to collect itself but I like the raw materials.

Phenomenal not sure if it’s because I haven’t had CF in a while. So delicious, dark fruit, wood, etc.

Smooth, soft tannins! Long finish - very soft. Not much evidence of fruit notes but very drinkable.
