Estate Bottled Finger Lakes Dry Riesling

A little reward for one of the cooks (me) after getting the Christmas Eve meat sauce simmering. (My sister-in-law is doing the fish sauce, if you’re wondering.) Fresh, appley, minerally nose. Very perfumed and deeply aromatic. Great balance on the palate. Bone dry, some fruit, deep stony minerals. Crisp acids. Lovely.
