2 hrs in decanter and this really shows nice. Blueberry pie, pie spice, medium bodied with nice acidity. Really really good. 2011 and Mike nails it as usual.

The longer this is open the better it gets. Best 2011 Cab I have had to date, really nice.

Opened up nicely after an hour, so give it a bit of time to be rewarded. Very nice CA cab!

Dug deep in the cellar to find this one. Letting it age for 5 years, really improved the quality of this Mike Smith product. It was in 2013 (the 2011 vintages) that we discovered his Myriad and Quivet labels and have never been disappointed with his output. While 2011 wasn’t a great year overall for the industry, this was still high class, but no comparison to his 2013-2015 vintages.

Starting to hit stride. Well made wine that will continue to improve for next five to ten years. Glad I have more.
