VARIETAL: 100% CHENIN BLANC

This wine precisely expresses an electric fruit energy framed by a structural minerality, crystalline acidity and pleasing complex spice components inherent to the varietal. It is a very complete wine that doesn’t emphasize one component over the others, but rather a cohesive idea that is pure magic in the glass. The hue of the wine can best be described as pale-yellow gold. The exotic array of aromas suggest lychee, peach blossom, brass and cumin dust. The mouth-watering palate experience is saturated with a gem-like expression of notes that include lemon oil, green mango, crushed rock, and white lilac.
