Mom and Dad bought this 2006 wine in 2009 (for $60 euros) from the Lacoste winery Bouches du Rhone region when they came to visit me. We just opened it (2014), afraid it might have sat too long, but it hadn't. It was unbelievable. Smooth, earthy, peppery, light but full; the mineral notes transported me back. The kind if wine I will dream about until I go back someday.
