Random purchase. Was skeptical since it was on clearance for $9 and a 2011 vintage. Far exceeded expectations. Well balanced and drinking well now and probably in its drinking window now. 50% sangiovese, 35% Cabernet sauvignon, and 15% merlot.

Simple, pleasant Tuscan blend. 50 Sangiovese, 35 Cab, 15 Merlot. Some nice acidity and polished tannins. Slightly fruit forward, but not in a bad way. Dry and works well with food.
