Cherry, plum, anise on the nose. Rather discreet. The palate is rather well balanced with a strong acid backbone and a nice mouthfeel. Some cherry there, some spices here. No real tannins but a Beaujolais-like touch. Light but long. The finish is rather long with cherry and an acid thing. Not great but pleasant. 6€ and organic so a rather very good value.
