Aug 31st, 2019First night on a Crystal cruise. Doing a 16 days to Auckland starting in Papeete. Enjoyed with veal ribeye. Good food...good wine. Side by side with 2014 Phelps CS. Both great but Plumpjack edged out the Phelps.

One of the finest Cab Sauvs I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying More flavours than Opus Definitely on par with Far Niente / Silver Oaks BIG BIG mouthful but so smoooooth
