I'm fond of the structure and complexity of this wine. It's not just a smack in the face of intense honey nectar, but rather has some character. You can taste other forest berries and ripe fruit along with the honey undertone. A bit more acidic too, which is nice. Still quite syrupy.

Rich and oozing mouthfeel. Pops loves it. Hints of cocoa and that CF spice. Beautiful strawberry fruit. Lovely after dinner. Canada rocking.
