Really youthful and exciting release from gimonet. Worth seeking out, drinking now and holding for later.

Very refined, all pear all the time

Light chrysanthemum color coupled with light-to-medium-bodied and fruity flavors of green apple and pear. Elegant bubbles, sexy acidity, and totally unsweet Champagne. A bit expensive & light, but it's nice to enjoy with berry fruits.

Steadiest stream of bubbles I've ever seen

Flint and smoky minerality

Palate starts with pears and apples then the intense minerality almost makes the wine seem flawed until the bubbles subside and it's all fruit finishing with a long ass aftertaste of poached pears and baked pie crust. Fkn yum.

Klasicke vino. Rodina dela jen Chardonnay, maji GC a PC vinice, delaji jen vino ze svych hroznu. Ostre Chardo, rizne, jeste muze zrat, trochu kour, kyselinka pekna.

Nice champagne but honestly slightly underperformed my expectations. Bubbles were quite strong at first. But overall this is precise and pure - laser focused in fact. Doesn't have the yeasty / lees-y complexity that I normally like but obviously a ver nice wine.

Золотистый. Аромат интенсивность средняя, сливки, сыр, йогурт, белый хлеб, белые и жёлтые фрукты. Сухое, хлебные корки, минералтность, солоноватость, цитрусы, начинают проявляться грибы. Свежесть, тонкость, элегантность, кислотность средняя+, тело среднее. В аромате более сдержано, чем во вкусе, хочется чуть больше лет
