Gorgeous. Lunch notes so from memory but opened 1/2 before and got going 1.5 hours in. Just stunning, lithe, sweet and hypnotizing aromas. Chambolle is the best village.

Definitely a “we’re not in Kansas anymore” wine.
Nose is very clean. Cherries but a hint of richness (not oak) if that makes sense. Almost a hint of like cherry liquor but like the best cherry liquor in the world (which might not exist as most cherry liquor is plonk). cherry flower perfume.
Palate is almost champagne-like if that makes any sense. A very clean balancing acidity that just sings like a single long soprano note over the fruit. Pristine cherries. At 30 minutes density comes out. Getting amazing
Crazy freshness.
Length on this is insane.
