
Sour cherry, black tea, and a little black currant. Very dry. Still rather tannic, but not overly so. I suspect this will age amazingly.

A touch funky on the nose, sour cherry and blackberry on the palate, quite tannic. As good as this is now, I might age it a bit.

This did not come off as carbonic at all. ETA: revisiting, and this developed a gorgeous floral bouquet on the nose and palate.
