Deep purple with little to no rim variation. Dark plum, huckleberry, anise on the nose, dark, ripe, fruit flavors, a little chocolate, medium tannin, full body, low acid.

Drank with Andrew and he says "it had a very prominent taste". Not sure what that means. $14.99 at Wegmans. Wine Spectator gave it 90 points. I liked the fruity tobacco flavors. Unfortunately I don't feel compelled to buy it again.

Very jammy, dark wine not the blackest. Black currant. Juicy and jammy. Red cherry. Really love how sweet this is. This blew me away.
