Crackling with energy, a straight shooter.

I would take this with me to climb a mountain and I think I'd get to the top quickly and painlessly and then I'd take a big full breath of air and stream hot tears at the view. Nutty, a bit savoury, some yellow fruits hiding in the background somewhere.

2015. Tasty as usual

Кислая капуста, моченые яблоки, айва, хреновуха, острая репа, щавель, порох, каменная крошка. Интенсивный аромат, собранный, пульсирующий вкус с заметной кислотностью, довольно долгий минерально-рассольный финиш. Сделано с явными дефектами, но при этом полно внутренней энергии.

Appearance: pale, straw-coloured, cloudy.
Nose: high intensity with notes of smokey charred vegetal notes (carrots, cilantro), savoury soy sauce.
Taste: dry, medium-bodied, fresh acidity, low dry tannins with notes of bitter wet charred vegetables, and a medium finish.

Pine in ma nose! Full, round and peachy!
