Crisp green apple, lime, soft white flower and monerality on the nose. Dry, Med body, high acid, crisp acidic, classic sancerre, touch of soft green apple and touch of lemon on the palate finishes with delightful sweet apricot. Yummy delicious. Paired with andante's dairy.
