Tried at a tasting. Aromas of crushed berries, forest floor, moss. Really tasty vanilla cherry cola flavors. Good long finish.

Light mouthfeel upfront. Gets heavier on the tongue as the dry finish kicks in.

Simple and fruit forward, but refreshing when lightly chilled for summertime.

Wild yeast mellows this out but still darker ruby red, lower 13% alcohol lays it thin and mild on palette, nice long finish with hint of anise. Super summer wine, excellent cold as well.
