This is the 2014 Terroir Decouverte. Chiseled, very pretty, sea salt, iodine and wet limestone. Lively in mouth, rich and textured. Acidity medium.

Nose is linear and soft. Lime, beer foam, chalk, apple blossom. Palate is juicy, broad, mouth-filling with loads of golden apple, lime, rocks, and underripe melon. Zippy.

Young. Limeade. Started to open. Not overly complex. Tuesday's with Chablis and one of the best burgers in America.

Unoaked (as expected) crushed seashell and sliced green apple on the nose. Pallet is crisp and tart with pear and apple fruit. This is a clean wine that most likely did not go through malolactic fermentation. Great for scallops, clams, and lobster.
