Terroir de Courgis Chablis

Outstanding - a ripe style but still oozing with lemon peel, minerals, and a hint of lees. Improves moment by moment in the glass

Almost opulent for aPiuze Chablis, this wine balances its bracing acidity with delicate white flowers, nectarine, green apple and a whiff of flinty smoke (but not even a whisper off oak). Nice balance, medium finish and a lingering steeliness that is so speaking with good. Already accessible and thoroughly enjoyable

Earthy on the nose, refined essence of stone fruit on the palate. Was wonderful with crab cakes- beachside.

Solid textbook Chablis. Orchid and citrus fruit.
