The name "Girl Trap" is not a joke. I am so in love with this wine. It makes me want to throw myself at it, and beg it to date me. Or at the very least, feel me up a couple times. With crunchy, tart cranberry, raspberry, pomegranate and a chiffon fizz, it is a heavenly flirtation in a glass. Les Capriades is redefining "pink panty dropper".

Simple and delicious. Natural wine geek/NY Somm version of mid-range Prosecco - just a bit too nice to make a mimosa out of, but on a hot day you could chug it like a spritzer. No funk. Crunchy red fruit.
