Took a few days to open up. Definitely still has the structure to hold up a handful more years. Roses, mushrooms, dry dirt. Tasty stuff.

Very dull, ageing has made it soft, but not added any interesting smell or structure. No signs of aged Barolo or nebbiolo. Just softened old wine.
