Jul 18th, 2015Full organic, no sulfur, no filtering - honey cloudy yellow color. Some stable aromas, mixed with fresh cumquat and white gooseberry citric nose. In mouth feels full bodied and heavy but also soft. The whole organic process made this wine kinda weird in compare to aromatic clear whites - it's rude like Little John but with clear soul and good heart. Worth trying.
