Make sure you let this one breathe before serving. Nice full bodied, ruby colored Nebbiolo. Notes of raspberry and some minerality on the nose. More red fruit on the palate with a bit of a biting end. Tannins as expected with a Piemonte Nebbiolo. Not bad! Pair with cured meats.
