No syrah in 2016, Mourvèdre/Grenache with a splash of Cinsault. Have to say I think this wine is great. 2nd time I've had it in two weeks and I like it even more this time. Seamless with graceful tannins. Meaty, Bing cherry, that sense of musk (not the smell) but the confidence. Kinda like the Brawny paper towel guy. One of my favorite wines in the last year. The other- Villemade's '15 Ardilles so 🤷🏼‍♂️

This is the best bottling I've had from these guys. On the second day it really is hitting all the notes with about a three octave range.
