Pacina
Il Secondo Toscana Sangiovese Blend

Sigh... Just not a fan of these natural wines that smell like a cross between the foot 👣👣👣of the farmer who picked the grapes and the dank basement of a cheap vinegar factory🤭. So anyway I’ll try my best not to tear it down too much. 🤣
Deep garnet in color, aroma of cellar floor, dried prunes, barnyard funk and Blue cheese.
High acidity, bold and bright tannins with a hint of that Sangiovese berry flavor but it’s really overpowered by the spicy ness and musky essence.

Nice, typical bio wine. Best to open a bit ahead of drinking it (30+ minutes)
